Service Description

We will come into the home and walk it with the sellers and go over our recommendations. After that meeting, we will write up a report of our recommendations and send a copy to seller and realtor. Package Includes: - On-site meeting with sellers & agents if they would like to be present. - Written report with all the recommendations that were discussed at the meeting for the sellers to follow. - (1) 30min virtual meeting to be used once the sellers have completed the items from the recommendations. This meeting can be used to go over the finishing touches before pictures. - Available by email to answer any questions the sellers may have throughout the processes. * For homes under 2500 sqft, pricing for homes located in the following counties: Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, and Frederick. Payment is due at the time of service. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
